Our 4-H club has 24 members that take weekly lessons in different disciplines, through the stable lesson program, as well as organize monthly clinics (usually 1 Sunday a month), a trail ride, Christmas volunteer activity, public speaking, bowling, canadian finals rodeo, galaxyland, waterpark, halloween and new years eve parties, lip sync, musical ride, fun horse shows, our club year end show the first weekend in July, and Focus on 4-H during the second weekend in July. If you love horses and want to learn more and have fun with new friends, join the Colchester Crusaders 4-H Club! All members must be comfortable at the lope/canter in a group and either own or lease a horse. Leasing options are available through Colchester Stables.

"Learn to use natural horsemanship, classical riding skills, operant conditioning techniques, creativity and fun to improve the partnership between you and your horse - promoting a relaxed and willing attitude, confidence in both horse and rider, and the keys to achieving collection, lightness and impulsion - in hand, under saddle or at liberty." -- Paul Dufresne's Website at http://www.pkequestrian.com.
