Summer 2004

Chelsea and Lisa lead the ride. (Don't worry, they are pretty good about not getting lost!)

Crossing the river from a birds-eye-view!

Dick and Georgina on the trail!

Shot from far away.

The girls cool off in Eagle Lake.

Resting on the trail allows for time for group photo shots!

Scary rivers!!!

Panoramic shot of Ya Ha Tinda. The view from just about anywhere there is amazing!

Crossing the river again.

Sky and Irene.

Hanging out and being silly in the tent.

Wyatt to the rescue! Or maybe he's the one that needs rescuing...

Summer 2003

Hmm.... Looks like Cimbee wants some of whatever you guys are eating!

Getting ready to go out for a ride!

The first stage of the journey is getting out of the campground.

Crossing the river is always fun. Mostly because you get soaked!

The Yaha Tinda sign.

This year the group wasn't allowed to high-line the horses, so the tie stalls provided by the people who manage the camprground were used.

The Wolf Creek Waterfall. Pretty cool, hey?

Stopping for lunch at Wolf Creek. Master looks hungry.

Going back out on the trail. Hey Lisa, I think your horse could do with a bath :)

Summer 2001

We had the same campsite as last year. This was home for a week. Much better then tents last year... but *note to self*: remember to put the tarp over the trailer BEFORE it rains...

My little corner of our trailer. hehe. I think I was the dryest of everybody...

Eric is like "where the heck am I? where are the stalls??? and the jumps???"

HEHE. Sorry ladies. I had to stick this up here

Lisa and me... "row row row your boat..." hehe. That was fun. But cold, when your boat almost capsizes...

This is Denver (and Lindsey). Not only is he fun on trail rides, but he also gives neck-rides as well. (except for Shantala! heehee!)

Chillin' while our horses have a drink.

Here are Lindsey and Allie. The got to try out our dinghy first. And got to walk half a mile in bare-feet. (don't ask)

From left to right: Lindsey, Trisha, Me (Rosanne), Alana (above Alana is Lisa), Allie, Jenna, Lenora, Tamara, Shantala, Kelsey.

Summer 2000

This was our home for us and our horses for a week! Our tents were on the right, behind those trees. It was really neat, because the river was right behind us. You fell asleep listening to the rushing water.

This was a great way to relax after a long day in the saddle. Now if we could have brought some bug netting... lol life would have been more peaceful!

Frontier Town was about 20 minutes of riding away from our camp. We rode in for pie, chocolate bars, and a refreshing lemonade.

This is the natural waterslide that is in the creek. It was only about twenty feet long, but it was sure fun! And FREEZING! That water is cold!!!

On the trail!

This was the scene about half-way up the mountain. LOL We were a bit tired...

But the view at the top was certainly worth the long ride!

Our mountain ride group! From left to right, is Allie riding Denver, Lisa on Master, Kelsey on Star, Erin on Classic, Channing riding Sam, and me (Rosanne) riding Naniamo! And Shantala is there too, on Brandy, but she is the one taking the picture.

We were happy to be going down, but it wasn't as easy as it looks! (Lisa, remind me to bring a back cinch next time...)
